1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
